We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Recapi AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
